The front is now just to our west. Most of today’s action will be just ahead of the front, so after we have frontal passage we may not see many storms and rain until later this evening. The front is expected to stall right in the middle of North Texas later and will begin a retreat to the north this evening. This will trigger widespread rain and thunderstorms, some severe across all of North Texas.
