Looks like flood potential is increasing...

Analyzing radar and surface analysis shows a HP (High Precipitation) supercell is in the area and dying. However in its dying stage it's being absorbed by a larger system called an MCS (Mesoscale Convective System.)

The brilliant (and dangerous) lightning displays being observerd are typical of such systems in their early stages.

I usually expect lightning, very gusty winds and heavy rains with systems like this. Isolated events of hail can be expected too. Flash Flooding is definitely going to be a problem.

Nighttime flooding is the most dangerous type. If you come across water covering the road do what the National Weather Service says "TURN AROUND - DON'T DROWN"
