The Front Has Moved Thru the Denton Area...Possible Wet Weekend Ahead!

The front has moved through the Denton area and has pretty much ended any chances of thunderstorms for today. Winds will be gusty out of the north for most of the day. Temperatures will slowly fall into the low 70s by late this afternoon. Tonight’s low will be in the mid 50s. Highs on Saturday will make it into the low 70s. There will be a chance of thunderstorms beginning late Saturday afternoon some of which could be severe. Saturday night into the first part of the day on Sunday look to be showery with some pockets of heavy rainfall expected as the next front moves through the area. At this time it looks like the rain should end from west to east on Sunday afternoon.
